Application Terms

Applications are open to people from around the world. Nationality is informational only, never a default exclusion criterion. Minimum participation age: Pending Policy Approval.

The planned contestant application fee is CA$50.00. It supports application-review staff expenses and the ordinary membership benefit described here. It is not part of the US$300,000 champion prize and is not Survival Points. Payment never guarantees selection, interview, or participation.

Test payments only. Live charges remain disabled. Applicable tax, final refund terms and legal requirements: Pending Policy Approval. No tax exemption or fixed tax rate is assumed.

If an application is formally Not Selected and its CA$50 payment and linked account identity are verified, the applicant receives one year of ordinary membership starting on the actual grant date and expiring 12 calendar months later. Each application can receive this benefit only once. Selected or Withdrawn applications, unpaid or failed payments, and unverified payments do not qualify automatically.

The fee is not refunded solely because an applicant is not selected. This does not exclude handling duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, payment-system errors or refunds required by applicable law. Production cancellation and exceptional situations remain subject to an approved policy and applicable law; details are Pending Policy Approval. Refunds or disputed transactions suspend or revoke the associated benefit.

Required consent to application processing and materials review is separate from optional promotional permission. Application media is private and accessible only to its owner and authorized review staff. Necessary medical or safety screening is handled separately by authorized production personnel; unrelated sensitive information should not be submitted.
