Volunteer Participation Terms

Submitting a volunteer application does not confirm a role. Opportunities are marked open, planned or currently unavailable.

Before any assignment, the production team will define responsibilities, required training, site access, safety procedures, insurance and supervision, and whether the role is remote or on site.

Untrained volunteers will not be assigned to high-risk wilderness operations, emergency response, medical duties, hazardous equipment or other safety-critical work.

Compensation, expense reimbursement and employment status are determined per role and reviewed under applicable law. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of payment or reimbursement unless explicitly confirmed for that role.
