Refund Policy

Test payments only; no real applicant is being charged. Final refund policy, tax treatment and legal requirements are Pending Policy Approval. Live payments must not be enabled before this review is complete.

Under the proposed CA$50 application-fee policy, not being selected alone does not entitle an applicant to a refund; eligible Not Selected applicants instead receive 12 calendar months of ordinary membership from the actual grant date.

The nonrefund policy does not prevent handling duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, payment-system errors or refunds required by applicable law. Recruitment cancellation and exceptional situations must follow the approved published policy and applicable law. No unapproved legal commitment is made here.

Refund pending or disputed payments suspend the associated membership benefit; refunded payments revoke it. Partial refunds require policy review and must not leave an unreviewed benefit active.
